*Allah ﷻ said, ﴿وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤۡمِنࣲ وَلَا مُؤۡمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ أَمۡرًا أَن يَكُونَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡخِيَرَةُ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِمۡۗ وَمَن يَعۡصِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَقَدۡ ضَلَّ ضَلَٰلࣰا مُّبِينࣰا﴾ “It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah ﷻ and His Messenger ﷺ have decided a matter, that they should thereafter have any choice about their affair. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly strayed into clear error.” [TMQ Surah Al-Ahzab: 36]*

*O best Ummah brought forth for mankind:*

Is not the Ummah of Muhammad ﷺ one Ummah, distinct from all others? Is not its division regarding fasting and breaking the fast a perpetuation of its division, and a tearing apart of its unity?

Do you not realize that the regimes in Muslim countries are keen on perpetuating division among Muslims regarding fasting and breaking the fast?

Have you not wondered why the religious authorities in Muslim countries have abandoned the fatwa of the Islamic Research Academy at Al-Azhar, and removed it from their websites? This fatwa affirmed the unity of fasting and breaking the fast in Muslim lands, stating that if the Hilal crescent moon is sighted in any one country, then fasting and breaking the fast become obligatory for all Muslims, in accordance with the saying of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said, «‌صُومُوا ‌لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، فَإِنْ غُبِّيَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَكْمِلُوا عِدَّةَ شَعْبَانَ ثَلَاثِينَ» “Fast when you see it and break your fast when you see it, and if the weather is cloudy treat Sha‘ban as having thirty days.” (Narrated by Al-Bukhari).

*O best Ummah brought forth for mankind:*

Hizb ut Tahrir has adopted the unity of fasting and breaking the fast, in accordance with the saying of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said, «‌صُومُوا ‌لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ» “Fast all of you, when you see it and break your fast, all of you, when you see it” (Narrated by Al-Bukhari).

This Shariah ruling, which expresses the reality of the Islamic Ummah, is adopted because it is one Ummah distinct from all other people. However, the agent regimes and their mouthpieces fight against its call for the unity of Muslims in their fasting and breaking of the fast, and are keen to perpetuate division among Muslims. They have even gone so far as to describe Hizb ut Tahrir’s call for unity in fasting and breaking the fast as a call for division. This is the way of the criminals: to mix truth with falsehood. Allah ﷻ said, ﴿وَلَا تَلۡبِسُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّ بِٱلۡبَٰطِلِ وَتَكۡتُمُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّ وَأَنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ﴾ “And do not mix the truth with falsehood or conceal the truth while you know it.” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah: 42]

O People of the Blessed Land of Palestine:

The treacherous Palestinian Authority, which has betrayed Allah ﷻ and His Messenger ﷺ, has mobilized its mouthpieces, activated its security apparatus, and its governors have issued statements of threats and intimidation, promising to strike with an iron fist after Hizb ut Tahrir announced the sighting of the Hilal crescent moon of Shawwal based on a valid and Shariah sighting.

Then why all this mobilization now and not before? Why don’t we see it directed against the corrupt officials in power who are wreaking havoc? Why don’t we see their governors threatening the settlers with an iron fist as they attack the people of Palestine, burning their homes and masajid, confiscating their lands, and uprooting even their crops and trees? Indeed, their security forces hide in their lairs, with every move made by those who have incurred wrath of Allah ﷻ, the Jews, and their settler mobs!

*O best Ummah brought forth for mankind:*

What your enemies fear most is your unity. Therefore, they are extremely keen to tear our Ummah apart and divide its people, because it is through this division that they shed our blood, desecrate our holy sites, and plunder our wealth. Isn’t the closure of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsam, and the prevention of Salah, there due to the absence of Islam and the disunity of the Ummah? Hasn’t Gaza been destroyed and its people starved, and haven’t they remained under siege, due to the absence of Islam and the disunity of the Ummah? Aren’t Lebanon and Iran under bombardment and destruction due to the absence of Islam and the disunity of the Ummah? After all this, isn’t it time for the Islamic Ummah and its armies to unify as one, with one heart and one voice, to stand together?

*O best Ummah brought forth for mankind:*

Allah ﷻ said, ﴿إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَٰتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِۦ صَفࣰّا كَأَنَّهُم بُنۡيَٰنࣱ مَّرۡصُوصࣱ﴾ “Indeed, Allah loves those who fight in His cause in a row as though they are a single structure joined firmly.” [TMQ Surah As-Saf: 4]. So how can this be achieved? How can the Islamic Ummah fight its enemies as one solid structure? Is there any way to achieve this under the rule of the House of Saud, the rulers of Jordan, the El-Sisi regime, and so on? Is there any way for us to be like a solid structure, even when Muslims are not united in their fasting and breaking of the fast?

*O our beloved brothers and sisters for Allah ﷻ:*

Hizb ut Tahrir calls upon you to unify in your fasting and breaking of the fast, and to unify your armies in fighting your enemy.

Hizb ut Tahrir calls upon you to liberate yourselves from subservience to America and the West, which has brought humiliation, disgrace, and division upon the Muslims.

Hizb ut Tahrir works among you to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, which will unify your word, and through which you will uphold your Deen and carry its risaalah (message) of goodness and guidance to all humanity, bringing them out of the darkness of capitalism into the light of Islam.

This is our call, and it is the Dawah from Allah ﷻ and His Messenger ﷺ to the believers. We ask the Allah ﷻ to open your hearts to this good so that you may respond to the command of Allah ﷻ and His Messenger ﷺ, in which lies your life, your salvation, and the pleasure of your Lord. May Allah ﷻ accept your fasting and good deeds, and bless your Eid. All-Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.

Allah ﷻ said, ﴿يَآأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱسۡتَجِيبُواْ لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمۡ لِمَا} يُحۡيِيكُمۡۖ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيۡنَ ٱلۡمَرۡءِ وَقَلۡبِهِۦ وَأَنَّهُۥٓ إِلَيۡهِ تُحۡشَرُونَ وَٱتَّقُواْ فِتۡنَةࣰ لَّا تُصِيبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مِنكُمۡ خَآصَّةࣰۖ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ﴾ “O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered. And fear a trial which will not strike those who have wronged among you exclusively, and know that Allah is severe in penalty.” [TMQ Surah Al-Anfal: 24-25]

*يا خير أمة أخرجت للناس:*

أليست أمة محمد ﷺ أمة واحدة من دون الناس؟ أليس تفرقها في الصيام والفطر هو تكريس لفرقتها وتمزيق لوحدتها؟

ألا تدركون أن الأنظمة في بلاد المسلمين تحرص على تكريس الفرقة بين المسلمين في الصيام والفطر؟

أما تساءلتم لماذا تخلت دور الإفتاء في بلاد المسلمين عن فتوى مجمع البحوث الإسلامية في الأزهر وحذفتها من مواقعها؟ تلك الفتوى التي أكدت على وحدة الصيام والفطر في بلاد المسلمين، وأنه إذا ثبت رؤية الهلال في بلد فقد وجب الصيام والفطر على جميع المسلمين عملاً بقول رسول الله r«‌صُومُوا ‌لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، فَإِنْ غُبِّيَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَكْمِلُوا عِدَّةَ شَعْبَانَ ثَلَاثِينَ.» رواه البخاري.

*يا خير أمة أخرجت للناس:*

إن حزب التحـرير تبنى وحدة الصيام والفطر عملاً بقول رسول الله ﷺ «‌صُومُوا ‌لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ» رواه البخاري. وتبنى هذا الحكم الشرعي الذي يعبرعن حقيقة الأمة الإسلامية فهي أمة واحدة من دون الناس، ولكن الأنظمة العمـ.ـيلة وأبواقها تحارب دعوته لوحدة المسلمين في صيامهم وفطرهم، وتحرص على تكريس الفرقة بين المسلمين، بل تعدى الأمر إلى وصف دعوة حزب التحـرير لوحدة الصيام والفطر بأنها دعوة للفرقة، وهذا هو دأب المجر.مين أن يلبسوا الحق بالباطل ﴿وَلَا تَلْبِسُوا الْحَقَّ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَتَكْتُمُوا الْحَقَّ وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ﴾

*يا أهل الأرض المباركة:*

السلطة الفلسطينية الخائنة لله ورسوله استنفرت أبواقها، وحركت أجهزتها الأمنية، وأصدر محافظوها بيانات التهـديد والوعيد، والضرب بيد من حديد! بعد إعلان حزب التحـرير ثبوت رؤية هلال شهر شوال بناء على رؤية شرعية معتبرة.

فلماذا كل هذا الاستنفار؟ ولماذا لا نراه ضد الفاسدين من رجالات السلطة الذين يعيثون فساداً؟ ولا نرى محافظيها يتوعدون المستوطنين بالضرب بيد من حديد وهم يهاجمون أهل فلسطين ويحـرقون بيوتهم ومساجدهم ويصادرون أراضيهم ويقتلعون أشجارهم! بل إن أجهزتها الأمنية تختبئ في جحورها مع كل تحرك يتحركه المغـضوب عليهم وقطـعان مستـوطنيهم!

*يا خير أمة أخرجت للناس:*

إن أكثر ما يخشاه أعداؤكم هو وحدتكم، ولذلك يحرص كل الحرص على تمزيق أمتنا وتفريق جماعتها، لأنه بهذه الفرقة يستبـ.ـيح دماءنا ويدنس مقدساتنا وينهب ثرواتنا، أليس إغلاق المسجد الأقصى ومنع الصلاة فيه بسبب غياب الإسلام وفرقة الأمة؟ ألم تدمر غزة ويجوع أهلها وما زالوا تحت الحـصار بسبب غياب الإسلام وفرقة الأمة؟ أليس لبنان وإيران تحت القصـف والتدمير بسبب غياب الإسلام وفرقة الأمة، وبعد هذا أما آن للأمة الإسلامية وجيـوشها أن تجتمع على قلب رجل واحد منها يوحد صفها ويجمع كلمتها؟!

*يا خير أمة أخرجت للناس:*

﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ صَفًّا كَأَنَّهُمْ بُنْيَانٌ مَرْصُوصٌ﴾ فكيف السبيل إلى ذلك؟ وكيف تقـاتل الأمة الإسلامية أعداءها صفاً واحداً كالبنيان المرصوص؟ وهل من سبيل إلى ذلك في ظل آل سعود أو حكام الأردن ونظام السيسي، …الخ؟

هل من سبيل إلى أن نكون كالبنيان المرصوص والمسلمون ليسوا على قلب رجل واحد في فطرهم وصيامهم؟

*يا أحبتنا في الله تعالى:*

إن حزب التحـرير يدعوكم إلى وحدة صومكم وفطركم، وتوحيد جيوشكم في قـتال عدوكم.

حزب التحـرير يدعوكم للتحرر من التبعية لأمريكا والغرب والتي أورثت المسلمين الذل والهوان والفرقة.

وحزب التحـرير يعمل بينكم لإقامة الخـلافة الراشدة على منهاج النبوة التي تجمع كلمتكم، والتي بها تقيمون دينكم وتحملونه رسالة خير وهداية للعالمين لإخراجهم من ظلمات الرأسمالية إلى نور الإسلام.

هذه هي دعوتنا وهي دعوة الله ورسوله للمؤمنين، سائلين الحق سبحانه أن يشرح صدروكم لهذا الخير فتستجيبون لأمر الله وأمر رسوله الذي فيه حياتكم ونجاتكم ورضوان ربكم.

وتقبل الله صيامكم وطاعاتكم وبارك الله في عيدكم، والحمد لله رب العالمين.

﴿يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ (24) وَاتَّقُوا فِتْنَةً لَا تُصِيبَنَّ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْكُمْ خَاصَّةً وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ﴾
